Before you pay

What happens after the first year?
Yearly renews at $89 a year until you cancel. If you joined on the launch offer, we email you before that first full-price renewal.
If I cancel, do I keep my progress?
Yes. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. After that you're on Free, and every answer, streak and score is still there.
Can I get a refund?
Pro starts the moment you pay. If you cancel within 14 days of buying, you get back the part you haven't used: open Billing, choose Cancel now and refund the unused part, and it's refunded to your card automatically. After each yearly renewal you get another 14 days to do the same. Outside those 14 days there are no refunds for the time left, but if something went wrong, email support@certanvil.com and we'll look at it. If you bought in the iPhone app, refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. The details are in our Terms.
I bought Pro on my iPhone. Does it work on the web?
Yes. Pro belongs to your account, not your device. Sign in with the same account on any device and Pro is there.
Does Pro cover every cert, including new ones?
Yes. One price covers every cert we have today and every one we add.
I only need it until my exam. Which plan?
Monthly, if your exam is a few months away: cancel once you pass. Yearly costs the same as about nine months of Monthly, so it wins if you plan to study longer or take a second cert.
Why do I see £ or €, and is tax included?
You see pounds in the UK, euros in the euro area and dollars everywhere else. Tax is already in the price, so what you see is what you pay. You can switch currency on the Pro card. If Onelink takes your payment, checkout may show and charge this price in your local currency.
